BUT the accessory clamps ( by different brands) kept slipping out of them (on the gig; ) so the unit was starting to become a problem. ..and naturally that was a deal breaker so I started shopping for a replacement holder to secure it in place. THUS, I added this snare basket to the top of an adjustable grabber clamp and it held MAGNIFICENTLY to the rack cage! And it's heavy duty. I'm am now buying the snare drum stand that this basket actually goes with so I can replace my old snare stand. I've never seen a snare stand this heavy duty.
