It still looks and holds good as new! Fits a lot of items, though I do get nervous when having a laptop with other fairly heavy items in it as it does feel like it may break the straps. However, I just hold the bottom of the bag to be safe and have not had an issue. I doubt that is even necessary though. This bag is ideal for groceries, books, school, work, and literally anything you may need it for. The zipper works perfectly still as well. Overall, super cute tote and perfect for everything!!
