I am a health coach and eat mostly vegan. I was so amazed that Bixby bars are more delicious than any regular chocolate bar. the chocolate flavor is sooo deep and complex and not overrun by the sugary taste of mainstream chocolate. The peanut flavor is enhanced by the crisp brown rice. The ingredients are so pure you can eat these with no guilt. You will not believe that these are only 230 calories for the whole bar! I bought a large order of these bars to give to all of my adult family for Easter, but they are disappearing quickly! I tried every flavor that they make when on their factory tour and they are all amazing!
