In my opinion, tiger and Zojirushi are comparable. I have rice cooker from both brands and they are similar in all aspects. However for this mug, I have to take one star off from Tiger because of the push lid. The button is hard to move to lock/unlock, or even just to open the lid. Other than this, the construction and the capability of keep warm are very similar to Zojirushi.
