I travel a lot for work and have to drink my daily anti-inflammatory smoothie, and now i don't have to travel with a blender. The raspberry powder dissolves beautifully and tastes great. Seriously, I did that thing we all did as kids with the koolaid powder and ate it by it self off my finger. So yummy! (following is also posted on the broccoli review cause I use both for my smoothie) I have a serious medical condition that causes high ANA levels and it results in high levels of inflammation, which means serious body aches. Sometimes these aches were so debilitating that I literally couldn't get out of bed for days. Needless to say it sucks. I have to drink a daily smoothie to keep my inflammation down (better than pills right?) and the Koyah powers have been a total game changer! I have given the below recipe to several people and it has helped with rosecea, joint pain and overall energy. I would highly recommend it to everyone!
