Review: A great tubing that I highly recommend! - This is a high quality vinyl tubing suitable for almost any food or water use. This will be used to run a watering system to our rabbits. My wife ordered a kit that had everything needed to setup the waterers. I removed the tubing from the zip bag it was in & had to immediately run it outside because of the stench coming from it. It was just cheap Chinese junk & even after giving it time to off gas in the sun, we decided we didn't want our bunnies drinking from something that smelled like that, so I ordered this roll & upon opening it, I found no foul odor! Almost no smell whatsoever! This hose was easy to install, doesn't kink easily, is very flexible, & we experienced no leaks with it! Now our animals have good clean drinking water thanks to this hose! I highly recommend this tubing!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Will this attach to a barbed fitting without leaking?**
A: Depends on your application. I'm using it for CO2 at about 40 PSI and I'm using worm screw clamps to make a better seal, no leaks so far. You can test with soapy water. This material softens under heat so to slip is on a barb nuke some water to boiling then stick the end underwater for 10 seconds before you slide it on the barbs.

**Q: Is this plastic hose hard & stiff or soft & flexible?**
A: Soft and Flexible.

**Q: Can it be used Outside**
A: If you are planning to use this outside long-term, for example for tapping maple trees, you should not get this product.  It does not have UV protection like real maple tubing does and it will not last long.  Real maple tubing is also designed for flexibility in the cold and is not damaged by freezing.  It is also BPA free.  This vinyl tubing is great and I use it for brewing and some other projects, but it is not going to last with constant sun exposure.

**Q: Will it work with an 80 gph submersible pump?**
A: I hope so since thats the exact reason I'm going to be getting this.  To replace the garden hose 6' piece I tried, which failed miserably with the 80gph pump and going 20" up.  It wouldn't push the water to the top even when it was wide open and the end of the hose clamped off

Works great, flexible, bendable and I like the see through tubing. I used it for my oil catch cans mounted at the rear of my truck. Also used the left over to syphon some gas which this is not fuel resistant. It will harden.
