- Simply pull the card out of the balloon before inflating, to activate the light. Then inflate for a beautiful experience.

Purchased for my 9year olds party. After dark, the lights go off and I used these balloons which lit up perfectly and were sturdy. Even after the party, they weren't easily able to be popped PURPOSELY lol. No holes..no thin balloons..no broken lights.
