LG has publish that this is by design, in order to make the screen resistant to falls and shocks. they have a video to prove it. Anyway shouldn't be bothered by it. Support? Forget it. Told to do a google, some place in China has keyboards but maybe you'll get it in December (this is Sept 2020). You can send it in for repair which is about 2-3 weeks. All my financial information and correspondence and business for a rental property. Try doing without that for a day or two maybe! Will never buy another LG product and I've bought lots over the years for my own house and a rental property.
