**Q: Label only has a distributed by address. Where is this product sourced and made? Product description seems to avoid that  information.**
A: Due to the limited amount of space on our labels, the sourcing and manufacturing information are excluded. We would be happy to pass this feedback along for review and consideration on any updates we can make to these labels in the future. The magnesium in our Magnesium L-Threonate is sourced from China as this is the highest quality available and the only source that meets our strict standards. The raw ingredients and final product are tested by multiple third party laboratories, and final manufacturing is completed in the United States.

**Q: Is the ne formula in lipcaps**
A: Not sure.  I had to go to another brand.  The price went up and the number of pills went down.

**Q: Do any of the ingredients come from China?**
A: Don’t know... I come from the chemical pharmaceutical industry... most chemicals come from China and India. USA produces very little.

**Q: How does this product compare to Livon Labs magnesium L-threonate?**
A: We are not trained on other brands however, our product does not have any excipients, is designed for better absorption, will not make you have any gastrointestinal issues, is soy free, and comes in our Licaps capsules to keep the product fresh. Other forms of magnesium have been found to act as a laxative which is something you should not receive from a magnesium supplement. Our Magnesium L-Threonate is not a stool softener and will be much more beneficial than other forms.

So in a nuthell, I have an autoimmune illness and I struggle with sleep (falling, staying, quality) and overall fatigue. If you do some research, we are all deficient in magnesium (depleted soil, poor nutrient diet, etc). It's very clear I need extra magnesium. I tried a few supplements including Calm but if you have a leaky gut and other gut issues (like most people with autoimmune/chronic illness have) most forms of magnesium are poorly absorbed. I still do magnesium spray (I do it myself) and I think that my skin absorbs it well but it seems to work better when I do it over long periods of time - it's basically not a "magical pill". and it does improve my sleep but not in a dramatic way. I actually got a sample of this brand 1 year ago - I finally gave it a try and it improved my sleep on that very first night! I had 11 tablets left in my trial bottle so I thought I would track the 11 following nights just in case it was a fluke...Well, it wasn't. My sleep improved a lot - thanks to this supplement so I quickly ordered the same brand and chose Amazon because the quick delivery meant I did not have to wait a week to sleep better. Also if you subscribe, it is a really good price (I usually buy my supplements - I buy a lot- on various websites and this was the best price I could find - even with discounts, offers, etc.) It is very rare that I notice my need for a supplement so quickly (last one was liposomal glutathione) but it is my belief that this particular form of mg does -as advertized- cross the blood-brain barrier hence the immediate result. One thing of note, I only use a tablet a day (and not three as recommended)! I take it at least one hour before bed. I only take one because I still do magnesium spray and take other vitamins and supplements with additional amounts of mg (but in different forms). Also, shortly after starting this supplement, I bought a pair of amber glasses (that filters blue light) which helps too but I would say is not as powerful as this form of mg to make me feel sleepy!
