This series of books is the nicest I've seen for simple coloring with clever, cute patterns. I have three different books in this series and hope that Emma Farrarons continues to publish such adorable, fun, and creative works. The covers claim they are "Anti-Stress Art Therapy for Busy People." I find that 100% accurate! They're great not just for coloring fun, but they help increase focus, attention span, and hand steadiness. It's amazing to see the repetitive lines and patterns come to life with color.

I love this book! The pros- there are so many mindful activities in this book along with coloring. It brings a little bit of joy and peace to my hectic days when I’m able to pull it out and spend some quiet time! The illustrations are cute, and exactly what I was looking for! I wished the book itself had been bigger, but it does fit well in my pencil pouch which is a plus!

Like this book better than original "The Mindfulness Coloring Book". Huge array of amazing creative drawings that look fun to color. Smooth, heavyweight paper. Wish oh wish they were perforated, much better to send out than pre-printed cards.
