helps you to eat with control
I've taken this for 10 days now and it's working so far. I am eating about half of what I was eating before. My cravings for sweets and fried food are gone. Digestion is better and I just feel better overall. Skirts are not fitting as tight around my waist. Hope this product keeps working.

Maybe I'm not overweight enough, but have been taking this product faithfully for almost two months and have noticed no changes in weight or appearance. I'm eating better than ever - most processed foods are gone from the diet, exercising regularly. Just not seeing a difference at all, except with eating better, I'm feeling much better.. Doubt I'll be spending the money to reorder.

I wanted to give this product a week of taking it before I said good or bad, and I am happy to report this is the best Garcina cambogia I have ever taken. I was always confused with similar products if they are 100% pure as they claim to be, why am I having to take 2 or 3 capsules 2 or 3 times a day?? With this product you take 1 pill twice a day and I could tell the difference immediately. I am down 5 pounds already!! Great product! I would recommend it to all!

First review i've ever done and this product deserves it. I lost so much fat by using this product. My energy level seems to have increased. Sometimes i feel like eating more but when i start eating i'm full. Overall i do recommend this product to anyone wanting to loose weight and/or increase energy.

I have been taking this for about 2 weeks. Not much weight loss, but it certainly works as an appetite suppressant. I am not sure how long I will be trying this.

Reduces my belly fat!
