Eye-catching, water-resistant Zack & Zoey ThermaPet Polar Explorer Quilted Thermal Parkas are made with metallized polyethylene terephthalate (MPET), the same material used in space blankets. Originally deveoped by NASA for the US space program, MPET is scientifically designed to offer maximum warmth without weight, bulk, or the use of electricity. • The MPET in ThermaPet technology utilizes passive reflective heat transfer, keeping pets warm by reflecting back their own body heat • Quilted outer shell that protects against cold weather • Fully lined with soft microfiber fleece • Features a removable hood with faux fur trim, and two functional center back pockets • Adjustable velcro chest closure and high-cut, stay-dry belly  ThermaPet is approved by Dr. Katy   “ThermaPet technology is excellent for general warmth and ideal for keeping achy joints warm and loose in cooler weather seasons.” –Dr. Katy  Dr. Katy Nelson is a veterinarian at the Belle Haven Animal Medical Centre in Alexandria, Virginia, and the host and executive producer of The Pet Show with Dr. Katy.
