A: Not sure, I use mine for car freshies.

**Q: What size is in the inside area in inches?**
A: Hi, it is about 2.17x7.48"

**Q: Can these be opened with out tearing them at the little notch?**
A: Yes they can! They have the Ziploc that you can open and then close. I use these to put my epoxy glitter pens in. Once I am finished with the pens I just put one in and then heat seal the notch with my flat iron to seal them in the bag.
