FyrFlyz Set of 3

Worth buying more colors!
I bought these as an advent calendar "stuffer", an inexpensive perk to break up the monotony of chocolates. My daughters, ages 12 and 11, LOVED them, and their friends are asking for them for birthdays, Christmases, etc. My older daughter is 17 and hasn't shown an interest in them, so they're battling between the two who gets to buy hers from her. The girls are using their imagination to create different patterns of light, spinning them, fluttering their arms to create flowers, letters, etc. Despite using them extensively, the strings haven't broken, and the lights haven't failed. I even got smacked in the mouth with one of them, and it didn't hurt too badly.

Cool little light toy
Cool little light toy. Easy to use. Effects are amazing. Wish you could change the effects and colors. Wish it came on a longer cord. Batteries are replaceable but they come in a weird size. Wont find em at walmart. Handles are nice but will break if you are too aggressive with them. All in all a good buy. Good toy for children or nice party trick for adults.

Pretty neat... this set of 3 comes in individual packages
I got these as gifts, kind of holding my breath that they would not come in one big package of three, and they do in fact come in three individual packages. They're really fun to play with. My only complaint is that the blue one has a flashing light and the purple one doesn't (the other one was a gift for a child out of my household and I don't know if it does or not), so the child who got the one that doesn't flash was pretty disappointed. Other than that, these are a great toy.

So Much Fun!
I got these as gifts for the kids on my Christmas list. They range in age from 7 to 27 and every one of them had a blast with these. The younger kids had a little tougher time getting them going but once they got the hang of it, they were amazing themselves with the light shows they were making. I rated the durability a little lower because, of the 9 I purchased, 1 developed a problem with the on/off switch within an hour of removing it from the package. Also, a couple of the littler kids managed to knock themselves in the chin, chest, and hand a few times and it really hurt. But they kept going back to them anyway. All in all, these were a big hit and I'd recommend them highly.

... bought these for the kids so they had something fun to do when camping at night
I bought these for the kids so they had something fun to do when camping at night. They were really neat and people loved to see them. However if you have kids with not so long arms they will not be able to do this. And if you do it wrong you can get thumped pretty hard in the face and hands. I would recommend adults trying them first then teach the children. It makes for a less frustrating time.

THESE LITTLE GUYS WILL SURPRISE YOU!
You might look at these and say that they would be a waste of money, because how long is your child really going to play with them? Well let me say that you are going to want to play with them too. They are so neat. We have four of them so we can all do one. My daughter loves them because you can make all different types of designs and shapes. It's educational because it teaches your child about friction and how it effects the toy by the way you pull on the handles and it allows them to be creative and think up new ways to make a different design. She wants to do it for her talent show at school. I don't know if that's going to happen because it has to be dark to get the full visual. Bottom line is ....They are a cool little toy in more ways than one.

Great as a fundraiser item.
Our Relay for Life team sold these as a team fundraiser (and so we'd have neat things to play with after dark since the Relay is 24 hours!) Kids and adults alike loved these! The price point on the set of three made it so we could sell them individually for the same retail price our local toy store sold them for and end up with a nice size donation for the cancer society. We will definitely get more next year!

Cool to watch and fun to play with
These are fun, small toys for bigger (6 and up) kids to play with. Not that adults will mind playing with them if they get a chance. They make cool patterns when you get them going. It is best for viewing to dim the room lights or turn them off. There is nothing complicated here - just a simple yet elegant toy which is reasonably priced. I would rate the durability higher, but we have only had them a couple of weeks. I definitely recomend this.
