I signed us up for another seminar, one day this time, and he pulled them out from somewhere and used them. They are comfortable, look good, and block out the light well. I am looking to block air from cpap... dries out eyes.** A: Although I've never specifically used it for such, I do feel like it blocks air pretty effectively. Because it is designed to block all light, your eyes are covered/surrounded by soft foam cups. You can actually open your eyes with this mask on, and when you do you'll see no light.
