The alarm sound is very loud similar as home security system alarmed in the house. Tried to change sound volume and sensitivity, exactly followed with the instructions but both are not working. Not sure what is the issue. I have contacted with their customer service twice, but they didn't answer me at all. Updated: Finally found the way to change settings, actually hold unlock button and wait for the remote indicator light off then still hold unlock button untill the light will be turned on again. At this time, it is in setting mode. Release unlock button, click next desired button to change. Their customer service team also respond to me in 2 days and they are responsible team. They can understand my situation and they will add a video for this setting change process.
