Para fixar a posição da altura da haste deve girar um pouco nas extremidades, para soltar é a mesma coisa. O fixador da camera inclina e fixa via parafuso lateral, inclina uns 42 graus para cada lado. Não gira. Pra girar tem de ser pela haste mesmo.
