The customer service were very helpful. The bike is very good quality & i am very pleased with it. Highly recommended!! ### ⭐⭐⭐ OK for £199 but has flaws *by R***M on 20 January 2023* I bought this studio cycle in August 2022 to replace a 15 year old Reebok exercise bicycle which had a large display showing multiple functions at the same time, including cadence.The studio cycle has a heavy flywheel and it turns smoothly when exercising. The primitive computer is made of cheap plastic and does not fix securely to the bike. The display is small and by default scans through a limited display. Its functions are similar to one on a 30+ year old cross-trainer and it is equally useless. I use a Wahoo heart rate monitor coupled with a phone app that displays and records heart rate, cadence and duration while exercising.The seat stem does not rise high enough and so the cycle is only suitable for people with short legs. There does not appear to be a reason why the stem should not be longer and so fit a wider range of users.The cycle does not have magnetic resistance as the resistance is applied with a mechanical brake. It is not silent as claimed because the brake rubs on the flywheel, though it is not particularly loud.Overall the studio cycle is OK for £199, but it has flaws. ### ⭐ Worst bike ever! Cheap Rubbish! DO NOT BUY *by M***R on 26 March 2022* OK so I bought this as it looked good and had a tablet holder. I bought it for £199 which I thought was the max I'd pay for a bike. I'd say at £199 it's overpriced! I'm 5ft 11 and the seat on its last setting is far too low. All of the stickers were on squint. The lcd display scrolls between various functions but I've no idea what the distance unit is, what I know is that it's not km or miles. The base stands aren't very wide and makes it wobble about. The water bottle is right beneath the tension controller so you struggle to get it in and out of the holder. Poor design. Don't waste your money.
