My baby also had a ton of flaky, peely skin, including a mild case of cradle cap, and I have used the "picker" to remove the loose skin while he's content and nursing. They're not at all sharp - rounded at the tips - and work great. The nail scissors are perfectly sharp and easy to use and also rounded at the end. I never feel nervous using them because they make cutting with precision quite easy. The nail file is decent, nothing out of the ordinary. Works well. As far as the nail clippers, if that's the main thing you're after, I'd say to go for a different pack. I considered subtracting a star for those, but I'm very satisfied with the other items. My gripe about the clippers is that they're not sharp enough. You end up with a semi-perforated nail.
