But What I did was when I wrapped it around my wrist I put the velcro piece on the wrist part and brought it up to the hand part therefore, holding it together so it can't slip out of place. Thus, I give it 5 stars. What I did looks like the picture. Just make sure the skinny part of the hole goes inside. You can turn the hole the other way if you want. The high part in the back of your hand will be inside. Hope this helps. I have had carpal tunnel and I have the splint type which is better for sure but I like these during the day. Less bulky and hot. These work great for me.
