Good part replacement. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good water inlet valve *by T***S on March 18, 2023* When our ice maker went out, I called a local appliance repair to find out how hard it is to get someone out to fix an ice maker. He recommended that we change this valve out first and then the ice maker if that didn't work. This part is very affordable and after watching the videos it is pretty simple to replace. I did wind up purchasing a kit of size of tool to remove the hex nut shaped screws that hold the plate on the back of the frig ( from that cheap hardware store that sells these for less than half of the other stores). It turned out a good decision as the plate was held on by a variety of different size bolts as if they just tossed in anything they could find at the factory. Have a selection of sizes helped a lot.
