I’m in love with this waist trainer, best quality and shape. The fabric is super comfy and it’s easy to use it bends easy while you move. Fits a little small, I’m normally a size small in other waist trainers and I can go downs the hooks but in this one I fit in the first row only which I like since it’s supposed to go down with time. But if you are not sure go up a size since you can use the other hooks. It’s really like a Colombian waist trainer the quality is the same and the form too. Thank you!

I like that it is tight and has three rows of hooks it is supposed to be tight I am 5’6” weigh 143 lbs ordered a small and it fits snug on the first hook second time wearing it I’m at the second row of hooks and it’s tight the only problem is I think I have a long torso you can see I have a shirt underneath as well but recommend it perfect for price and wanting to slim your waist I’ll get a xs when this one is too loose
