**Q: The pump has stopped working and there’s a flashing red light, but there is water in it, what do I do?**
A: I would take it all apart and clean it real well especially  the black filter that's inside. Then restart it all ,hope that works if not I would send it back.  Mine gets really dirty,I pull mine apart once a week and I never let the water level go to low.  Hope that helps.

**Q: What can i do if the pump stopped working an the red light is on?**
A: If the red light is on, that means there is no water & the pump is dry. Should just pour water in it.

**Q: How often should filters be changed?**
A: 3 to 4 weeks depending on water.  The filters will look brown.
