I don't like the loose tea and didn't know the was loose. It's too much of a hassle to make a cup of tea. Anyway, I decided to try it anyway and I'm impressed! The tea is very good and deserved a 5 star. I give it 4 because it's loose and I just hate loose tea. Very good tea! Excellent taste!Update: I decided to change my 4 stars to 5. Don’t get me wrong I still hate loose leafs tea. I have been drinking this tea everyday now and truly say that this tea is really good and is doing my body good. I will continue to buy it because it help my body fight inflammation which is not good for the body. I combine it with green tea.
