This stuff is great. I also use this brand of lotion, but the roll on is easier to apply so my hands don't get the lotion on them, and I like that this is easier to toss in my bag. After suffering nerve pain and inflammation to back of knee for some months and using anti inflammatory creams and.painkillers, I decided to give this a try based on reviews. Not sure if its a coincidence, but after using twice a day over a period of time, the nerve pain is almost gone. I still have wear and tear in my knee and its still stiff and uncomfortable, but the horrible throbbing nerve pain is gone after many many months.
