When ready, shake or wipe off the powder to commence play.If you don’t want to wait 3-4 days using baby powder, set them in a deep dish or glass casserole plate full of baking soda and submerge or regularly rotate for a day or two until the odor dissipates.If you use baking soda, be sure to rinse them off and pat them dry so they won’t feel “gritty” and rough and be sure to “condition them” with a sprinkle of talc free (cornstarch based) powder to preserve their silky texture.Dollar Tree & 99 cent stores sell cornstarch based baby powder, shower to shower, arm & hammer and gold bond brands. Arm & Hammer and Gold Bond smell more pleasant in my opinion, but the other brands aren’t bad either.I still feel this purchase was a much better bargain than any other sellers offered at the time and I’d buy again if my kids wanted more - but you’ll be VERY GLAD YOU TOOK MY ADVICE AS TO HOW YOU CAN REMOVE THEM STRONG CHEMICAL SMELL AFTER REMOVING FROM EACH PACKAGE.Cheers,Meg ~PS.
