Review: My Favourite Brand Compression Socks - I've gone through a LOT of brands of compression socks and was told by my doctor to try brands like Jobst or go to a medical supplier. Would you believe the super expensive ones, for how much wear I put on my compression wear, lasted FAR less than these??? These are very well made, last through everything I put them through, and hold really well no matter how many washes or how bad my swelling is that day. Having the option of compression legging has helped a ton. They are quite sheer, so I always have them under something like other leggings or pants. The material isn't as flimsy or thin as a lot of compression socks brands, and they fit really well and I'm tall. My only gripe about these is getting them to fit right thighs up is a little difficult. These are more hip high than waist high most of the time and the waist band rolls a lot. For those who know compression socks though, you know these are quite common of any waist high socks. I've yet to see a waist high sock actually go waist high and the band not roll down, so I still give 5 stars and my continued loyalty to Beister. And yes, I've spread the word!

I've gone through a LOT of brands of compression socks and was told by my doctor to try brands like Jobst or go to a medical supplier. These are very well made, last through everything I put them through, and hold really well no matter how many washes or how bad my swelling is that day. Having the option of compression legging has helped a ton. They are quite sheer, so I always have them under something like other leggings or pants. The material isn't as flimsy or thin as a lot of compression socks brands, and they fit really well and I'm tall. My only gripe about these is getting them to fit right thighs up is a little difficult. These are more hip high than waist high most of the time and the waist band rolls a lot. I usually wear medium size tights but went ahead and ordered a large as recommended by other reviewers. But the large size was too small, so I reordered them in XL and they fit. I have worn them twice and they seem to be well made and have a comfortable fit. They are not an extremely heavy thickness. I am 5’ 7” tall and weigh 150# and considering ordering a second pair.
