This works perfectly in the resmed heated tubing, just take off the coupler end and run it straight down to the 90 degree end. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by J***H on 13 May 2021* Exactly what I needed to clean my cpap hose that is 2ft long plus the small hose connected to my cpap mask. So far I have only used the long brush. I assume the small brush on the end of the cable would work for longer hoses, but since the hose I use is only 2ft, I can't confirm the ease of use of pulling the brush on the blue cord thru a 4ft or 6ft hose. One note I would add is I also bought a new "clean" long nose pliers to hold the end of the long hand brush so I could get a firm grip on the end, as the hose provides a little resistance when pushing it in & pulling it out of the hose. That's good as you know it's rubbing against & cleaning the inside walls of the hose. The pliers give me a good grip and I clean my 2ft hose from both ends, rather than pulling the long corded brush thru the hose.
