The reason I would give this item greater than 5 stars if possible is because of the customer service at Giant Nerd. My bike came with a defective rear derailleur shifter that my local bike shop stated they could not fix. I called Giant nerd and spoke to Chris. Without any questions, accusations, or resistance, he immediately located another Shimano Tiagra rear shifter and sent it to me that day, and apologized for my inconvenience. Not only that, but they are going to refund me whatever the cost of fixing the bike is. I did not even have to ask, that is how great the customer service at Giant nerd is. Now to top this all off, I ordered the bike on a Wednesday, and it was delivered 3 days later even though desertcart said that it would take 10 days. I plan to exclusively use Giant nerd as my supplier for any future bike or parts that I may need. I have read some reviews about the poor quality of the tires and inner tubes, however, I’m keeping everything stock. The bike performs very well. I had a professional bike store do all the assemblies and check everything out for me. To me, it was worth the small price to have a pro put it together. I can personally recommend the Tomasso Monza to anyone who wants to do some serious riding with a bike that performs excellent in all areas. Even the guys riding the high dollar bikes were impressed with this Tomasso.
