Great pan for the price.
We have some 30+ year old scan pans, which quite frankly are great pans, just not as "nonstick" as I would like. But hold up and cook really good. But there is always something a nonstick pan is better for. My well seasoned cast iron pans have been my fall back, but as I age, I find their weight harder to deal with. So I bought a T-FAL non-stick at a store on a whim, about $24.00 (US) and have used it mostly for the last 3 years. It however warped a tad, and my wife put another pan in it (waiting to be washed) and took a chip out of the nonstick coating about dime sized. So I did some research on Amazon, and within my budget I decided on this one. So far this one is really great. But new ones usually are. Time will tell. But it looks good (I don't really care, I'm more of how does it function and last kind of person), but it is truly non-stick. so far no matter what I tried has just wiped right out. The handle stays cool, it's the perfect size for the 2 of us.

Love this product.
The heat distribution is good plus the ceramic surface resists sticking and is easy to clean with an ordinary dish cloth. Appears to be very durable, shows no signs of wear after extensive use. However, would recommend using proper utensils and sensible cleaning methods consistent with any non-stick cookware. Liked it well enough to purchase a 9.5" and 11" model too.

I have owned Scores of these little saute pans
This is a really great pan. I love to cook and I hate to clean up. I have owned Scores of these little saute pans ranging in price from cheap to way too expensive. Of all the pans I have owned this one is by far the best. This pan is the hardest working pan in my kitchen. I use it every day. Nothing sticks to it - really nothing. It heats evenly and can caramelize onions just s well as sear a steak. It just doesn't get better than this. On top of all this, the price is just right.

Great pan, not so great handle.
The pan itself is fantastic, but the handle isn't that great: if you're using high heat, the metal part of the handle can become so hot the plastic will melt (that's my experience, and without fire\heat hitting the handle itself).

Not nonstick
Owned it for 5 days, cooked eggs on it three times, heat never above 4/10, after the second cook I needed soap and water to clean egg off it. By the third egg batch they were sticking even with some butter in the pan. I'm a part time cook, this is a bad nonstick pan. Returned it.

Just buy it they are great
I had purchased an 8" skillet from this company a year ago, it is fantastic. All ceramic finishes are great - I have a griddle that is ceramic and it cleans up so easily and is very durable. So are these pots and pans put them to use the night they arrived couldn't be happier and they really conduct the heat evenly and nicely and the handles are awesome. My Mother asked me for the extra fry pan I now have, she loves it.

Did not work for bhakri (Indian bread)
It is non stick, but tends to stick faster than my previous non stick. We scrub it well, no dishwasher, no steel mesh and the heat is always on medium. The fact that the oil residue burns in causes all the Indian breads we make to be burnt on the edges.

"Dishwasher-safe" and "Non-stick" are ambiguous terms--but husband loves it
The Use and Care Instructions do not entirely align with the description of this item. The use instructions say: "Add cooking oil or butter for better cooking result." The care instructions say: "Hand washing your cookware in warm water with soap is always your best choice. If you do choose to put your cookware in the dishwasher, please choose alkaline-based detergents to dissolve grease, oil, and fats."My interpretation is that this pan is no better than my anodized aluminum pan which also has to have some sort of oil in it to be "non-stick" and also has to be hand washed. I only bought this pan so that I wouldn't have to be washing my anodized aluminum by hand all the time. So, for me, it is far less than optimal. Three stars from me.My husband's interpretation is that the pan has a surface he won't easily nick, that he can heat it without oil or liquid and not worry that it will kill animals in the house, and that it is non-stick for the things that he does with it (make bacon, grilled cheese, and fried toast). He insists that it is optimal. So, five stars from him. In fact, he bought the larger version to go with this smaller one. (But three stars from me, as I am the one who has to hand wash it unless I want it sitting out all day.)So, on average, four stars from our household.
