Easy to take probiotics with no taste or smell to speak of. Contain the usual probiotic cultures, but as to the strength to compare with others as usual they all use a different unit of measure to compare without a spreadsheet, so I'll trust that they do contain a comparable amount! The only thing is that the bottle is huge and the pills only fill a quarter of the bottle... why use this size? It's a waste and not of the kind these probiotics help promote!

I was quite surprised when I got these delivered. The tub they come in is massive, I wondered what size the tablets were.When I opened then, I found that the tablets only take up a quarter of the tub. The rest of it is wasted space. Not sure why they couldn't be put into a flat pack.The top of the tub has a slightly rubberised feeling, so it is easy to get off and put back on.The tablets are very easy to take, and have had a positive impact, I do find myself going to the toilet more often.
