Review: Really good, whatever it is! - Still not sure exactly what this is, but it's great mixed with mayonnaise to make a spicy mayo -- I usually use siracha for that, but this has a really interesting flavor. Added some minced garlic and lemon juice and called it a yuzo kosho chili aioli, and it was a hit. You can use your phone to translate the entirely in Japanese text on the box -- see photo! Small container, so be aware -- but you don't use a lot at once.
