I've also used it in combination with their Germ Fighter to rub on my throat and ears when I had a sore throat and cold. Every time I did it, the symptoms would lessen. The cold never got very bad...don't know if that's the way it would have been anyway or if it shortened it too. I used it neat on the ant bites, but when rubbing it on my face with Germ Fighter, I put it in a carrier oil. Also, I've put it in salt & soda and brush my teeth with it a few times a week...I use toothpaste the rest of the time. Review: I believe in this oil! I was getting a sore throat, I’m not sure if it was allergy related or a cold starting, and this took it away! I put a couple drops of coconut oil and a few drops of this oil on my neck and glands, and it was gone in the morning. I have done this a few times now since getting this oil, and it’s worked every time. Excellent oil. We don't ingest any essential oils, only use them topically. I've read some poor reviews of Plant Therapy oils, but I'll share something that I was told by someone several years ago. My understanding is that if you put a drop of oil on white paper and let it dry, you know it's a good oil if there is no dark ring around the edge of the drop. You should be able to see where the drop spread, but no definite line around it. She also said that if you put a drop of essential oil in water/carrier oil, and the oil does NOT immediately disperse, you can be confident that you're using a quality oil. Plant Therapy Essential Oils have passed both of these tests when I've done them.
