**Q: Can this be used to baby proof an exposed heat riser/heat pipe?   Thanks**
A: Not if the pipe is warm/hot. The noodles would melt. If they're not hot, it would work depending on the diameter of the pipes. I'd guess anything above an inch might leave part of the pipe exposed. We have them on the edges of a card table and they work great!

**Q: Where are these manufactured? Do they contain fire retardant chemicals?**
A: They are made in the USA.  These do not contain any fire retardant.  They are 100% safe and non-toxic.

**Q: Are the 4 noodles 52 inches each to make a total of 208 inches?**
A: My noodles were 50” long, a total of 200”

**Q: These appear to have a cut in place down the length...do they? Some reviewers say yes, some say no.....**
A: Yes. Mine do. I used them to go around some pipes, so the cut made it easy
