I told the CSR the "carriers" for Amazon are FedEx, UPS, USPS, all who deliver to me, further, this is sold and shipped by Amazon, it's not a large item (esp since you have to put it together yourself), package is not large, not hazardous or dangerous so it makes no sense why it's "restricted." I was upset, thinking "bait & switch" as well, false advertising, etc. CSR also told me to check with other sellers who will ship but when you check, they're more expensive, you don't get the Prime Deal, etc. CSR even tried to tell me it won't ship because it's "sold out," but another lie because while I was online chatting, I was able to add another one to my cart.
