Machine itself was awesome (5 stars)-nice kneading/rolling action on the soles of your feet, squeezes them also just right, a real pleasure to use-however it died after less than two months (1 star). I would expect this product to last longer than that! Edit: In that the product dies in less then 2 months (but over the 30-day return policy offered by Amazon), I contacted the manufacturer, Wollin, and told them of the problem and time frame. Their response was to call Amazon, which I did. Thankfully, Amazon was outstanding (albeit after one rather uninformed customer rep gave me a phone number not to the manufacturer, but to an insurance office in Sherman Oaks, CA). Seriously this has helped me so much. Taking just a 15 min break during the busy day while I am on the phone or doing quotes and have this machine massage my feet is just amazing. I love it so much I bought a 2nd to keep under my desk, and one next to my bed. And every night just before I get in bed I will run it for 15 mins. This machine is strong enough to work out the pain, kinks and knots that I encounter daily. Its light so I can move it around if I need to. Only flaw I can find is that the power light blinks red, and at night it can be annoying. I just unplug it so it does not blink all the time. Highly recommend this to all who are on their feet many hours a day.
