Advertised as "Wind Resistant" and that it has strong spines. The first time I had to use this in the rain (today), it turned inside out and one of the spines bent is very damaged (and will break probably in the next use). I wasn't even very windy. I had to close the umbrella so it didn't sustain more damage (and because it was seemingly useless) and finish my walk in cold rain. Very cute design, but did not perform like advertised.

Broke before I got to use it once! I wanted to show it to someone and I clicked the button on the handle and the whole thing poped off the handle! I put it back in but it falls off. If you like to click button umbrellas (I use to when I was younger.) definitly dont get this. (And I had never clicked it once.)
