No big deal, but could have been packaged better.The items clearly had been repackaged as the clear blue cellophane was only on one of four key holes.The instructions are completely worthless. No marking were on crossbars to indicate front/back, ect.When I contacted the company and looked up on U-Tube that was sent by their link it stated 'Throw instructions away'.Center rubber cushion on forward rack cut 1/2 inch too short. When I told Co. all above, very response.They sent me a whole forward cross bar, when all I needed was a rubber insert 1/2 inch longer.By their text I believe this is an overseas operation trying to do a good job. Their English is not Kosher.Once installed very happyDisappointed with the multiple requests from Amazon to install for >$100.00.
