Hello, the length of the pendant is 20.6mm, and the width of the pendant is 20.2mm. The size of the pendant is explained in detail in the picture. You can refer to the attached picture.

**Q: Does it tarnish or fade?**
A: So far so good I purchased for my daughter couple months ago and still looks great. It noted in the information part that it won’t tarnish or fade.

**Q: What exactly is the inner material? I know it is 14k gold plated, which is great, but what is the material inside, underneath the plating?**
A: I am not sure what material is inside, but I think it is sterling silver.

**Q: How do I pick a letter?**
A: When I picked out the one I did, I believe there was a choice of different letters available at the bottom of the page.  Otherwise, just type what letter you want into google maybe and see if you can find the one you want as I specifically was looking for one with an "E"
