I have had NIGHTMARISH cycles most of my adult life, and they just seem to be getting worse as I get older. I get debilitating cramps, Im exhausted to the point where Ive had to skip class or use sick days, had bubble guts like you wouldnt believe, plus all of the other gross stuff Im sure the rest of you have experienced and dont like sharing with the public. Tylenol and Midol never worked for me so I would eat Ibuprofen like candy just to alleviate some of the cramping.. which would lead to acid reflux and one time, an ulcer. There were occasions where my cramps would be so bad that I would take oxy that I had leftover from an injury and they would barely touch my cramps. I never had a good experience with birth control and Ive even gone as far as asking several gynecologists for a voluntary hysterectomy but was turned down because of my age.Despite all of this, I always considered myself lucky because my cycle is on a perfect schedule and most of my friends dont even have that luxury.About 7 months ago, my sister-in-law who struggles with irregular, painful periods, introduced me to this supplement that she had been using to help with her cycles. She had nothing but amazing things to say about it and she thought it might help with some of the issues that Ive had for a long time. It was $20 for a months supply (I got my first bottle at Target but now have an Amazon subscription), and I thought it was worth a shot, given the hell Id been going through. About 2.5 weeks after I started taking the pill every day, my first period came and let me tell you, I will NEVER go without these pills EVER again and Im sure my sister-in-law would agree. Everything was how I imagined a period should be. My cramps existed but were knocked completely out by 2 Tylenol every few hours. I didnt feel tired AT ALL, I wasnt as emotional as usual, had no bubble guts, and everything else was how it *should* be. 7 months later and my periods are as pain-free as ever!I encourage anyone whos having trouble with their period to read about these pills, talk to your doctor, and maybe give them a shot because they have SERIOUSLY changed my life!!!

I took one bottle when I got them starting 6/24/1. Got my second bottle a few days ago and have only taken two. Everything was fine at first until about two weeks ago. I started getting nausea and low abdominal cramps so I started thinking maybe it was pregnancy… then I got headaches and low back pain followed by breast tenderness. So I got excited. I’m 12 days late for my predicted period (last cycle was June 6th)… so I was thinking good baby news. I’ve taken 6 tests over the past week and all negative. So now I’m just stuck with worsening symptoms, a missing period, so far a 48 day cycle (which has NEVER happened) and a few other issues. I was disappointed because I had such high hopes for this but I will not be finishing my second bottle.

Ok So I don’t do reviews for everything I buy only things that work really well or things that are really horrible. I received these products on January 11th 2020. Today I January 13th and I’m spotting which means my period (I don’t spot without getting my period the next day). So I just recently got off birth control (December 2nd 2019) and trying to conceive and I know my period wasn’t going to come back right away because my period is now 14 days late from the day it normally comes which is on the 1st. I’m not sure if the pills works or it’s just my body but something kicked my body into start once I started taking these pills. I also take them with prenatal gummies. I’m about 95 percent sure the pills work but then it could be my body but I’m never late. I’ve also been on 3 different birth controls over the course of 3 years. Went from the pill, to deposit to the mirena iud which I loved btw. So it’s either my period or early pregnancy spotting Hoping for the early pregnancy spotting. Will be updating this review in the next week !!!UPDATED REVEIW I found out I was pregnant on feb 12. After a month of taking these, I officially stopped taking them on feb 11th I also too them with conceive easy fertility pills so I took twice plus prenatal gummies everyday and used pre seed lube and my ovulation tracker so this is definitely a must buy !!!!! It also gave me a regular period, which I never really had a problem with irregularity until I got on birth control (don’t recommend) but I ovulate two days after my period end for up until about a week had peak fertility on the last two days of ovulation so DEFINITELY BUY IF YOU ARE TRYING TO CONCEIVE OR JUST REGULATE YOUR PERIODUpdate oct 10th 2020. Still pregnant due in 9 days. Highly recommend

Hey y’all so I just wanted to take a minute and post a little review for y’all. Last cycle I purchased upspring fertility supplement (see pic) I took like 18 days worth because I started it after my period and I read you should stop it after ovulation so that’s what I did. I have to say I’m extremely impressed. TMI warning... I have endometriosis which means I have HORRIBLE HORRIBLE cramps and bleeding (often clotty) and normally I can’t do much of anything when af is here typically popping loads of 800 mg ibuprofen and loads of flexeril (muscle relaxers) just to keep the cramps at bay. While taking the upspring fertility I noticed not much of a difference (I don’t typically have issues with my CM only purchased to help ovulate which dr says he thinks I’m not). However my cycle is normally 36-41 days. This cycle it was around 32 days and my period (so far, I’m on day 3 going into 4) has been amazing. I’m not cramping at all couple twinges of pain here and there but nothing major, I’m not bleeding too horribly (I honestly thought it was implantation bleeding because it came earlier then normal I was only 8DPO). I’ve been able to fully function and I don’t think I ever have while AF is here. I’m not pregnant but I’m loving how I’m feeling. Also increased my libido as we BD around 20 days this cycle and couple days we BD more then once.
