**Q: is it 14" inside the border, or from edge to edge (14" including the border)?**
A: If your pizza is 14” you need the 15” pan. Anytime there’s a lip alway add an inch if you want the pizza to fit inside of it.

**Q: I am trying to decide what size will fit in my oven. Can someone tell me the total size (edge to edge) of a 15 inch or 16 inch pan?**
A: The pan I bought was a 15" and it's 15" exactly

**Q: What is the residue that comes off the pan onto my drying towels?**
A: Residue? What kind of residue? Water beads off at he pizza pan and it dries quickly.

I really like this pizza pan. Sturdy stainless steel. It's lightweight. Cleans with soapy water no scrubbing needed. It looks very shiny. My pizza dough did not stick to the pan no oil needed. I used this on the bottom of my pizzer oven. This pan can with stand heat up to 600 degrees very strong. Works well for baking I just bought another one to have on hand. Price was very affordable. Good product.

The pizza pan arrived in great condition. I've only used it once so far, but it did great. Nothing stuck to the pan and the bottom of my pizza browned just the way I like it. I plan to hand wash the pan and I'm hopeful it last for years.I do recommend this pizza pan.
