Faber 1000W Mixer Grinder with 3 Stainless Steel Jar(FMG Candy 1000 3J BW), White

The design looks cute n jars r sturdy good quality steel, but the rotating shaft or cuppling is outside making it unsafe or risky.The plastic lids didn’t look strong enough n was not easy to close as u hv to rotate it to lock n flat lid had no space to hold on.Noise level is comparatively low.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this mixer through Amazon when I shifted to a new home . On 5th of June we planned to used this machine and when we switched on the mixer it made big sound and stopped working I switched off the machine a removed it from socket and checked it I found that jar got dislocation and threads got scratched and rotator got dislocated as well I contacted Hyderabad Faber service center and they said they will send some one after two days they sent a person to pickup mixer this happened on 7th June.I called them on 14th June to know status and they informed me that they raised a request for spare parts and they make take some more time so I contacted them again on 20th june again they told me they awaiting spares and it may take 7to 10 days .I again contacted them on 5th of july then they started saying I changed the plug ping of the mixer as per my home socket so they can’t repair it .I called customer care and raise a complaint they also provided me the number of Area sales person o messaged him on what’s app he viewed the messages and didn’t reply I tried calling him he didn’t pickup the calls I become clue less who to contact on this .Today sent me the un repaired mixed without the jar and when I asked they told me in their job sheet they only have mixer mentioned .After confronting them they brought back my in repaired jar as well I have never expected this kind of experience from Faber .

Very good in design, features and working

I am just leaving a review about my experience so I can help another people to decide . According to me the only thing I really like is the design of the machine that’s all . Jar are not enough strong and plastic lid neither . Also I used to prepared juices but the blades doesn’t convert everything is juice , lot of times I was drinking the juice and came with big part of fruit . Even masala doesn’t became to powder . It Only leave masala like big broken pieces so I returned the machine . Thanks to Amazon customer service .I hope this review can help u , maybe this brand has another good products but is not specialist about mixer grinder machines .

Vibrates dangerously, I got injured

I am glad I chose this product. The efficiency is a 100/100. Plus the classy elegant look just enhances the overall look of my kitchen. Its very powerful and grinds any food item with ease giving the desired result. I have even recommended it to my friends. Surely must buy.
