When it works it's great but since I've had it (7+ months) it's only worked properly a couple of times. The brush heats up to the requested temperature and as soon as I start to use it, it turns off. I've read the directions several times and tried to reach out to the manufacturer for help or advise but have not gotten any response. I paid $89 for this brush and expected it to work as described. I'm told the time frame to return it has passed. I should have just bought a cheap one at CVS then I would not be so upset about needing to replace it.
