**Q: Anyones fairy missing a head?**
A: Yes! Purchased in December, also received a fairy with no head. Plus one of the wings of the headless fairy snapped off immediately.

**Q: Can the mushroom roof be detached from house to replace batteries?**
A: Yes, you can remove the mushroom top to change the batteries.

**Q: Is this weather resistant enough to be kept outdoors?**
A: It looked like it to me but I might put it nearby so if weather got stormy it could be moved easily to shelter.

**Q: Are the fairy and unicorn able to stand up on their own or must they be propped against something to stand?**
A: The unicorn does stand on its own.  The fairy has a stand for standing and a wire for flying.
