From research, it seems this is almost a universal problem.** A: Hello from Karcher - Most all pressure washer brands use similar garden hose quick connectors. Where there is a water leak right out of the box, first check that the garden hose connector to the pressure washer may be reversed as they all can be installed in reverse and will leak as a result.
