I could never get super straight hair, just enough to look decent. I don't have super curly hair that is why I expected to get more straighter hair from the straightener.However, you wont regret buying it- its super fast.I did like to comment on the buttons though- the switch on/off and temperature buttons- I hate their location. Every time I straighten out my hair, these buttons get messed up, they keep coming in between my fingers that hold the straightener while going through my hair.Best for busy moms or young girls who don't want too much heat on their hair.
