Both NorthShore Care and Dry 24/7 produce a more absorbent product, but these worked well-enough to consider if the other brands weren't available. I have enuresis, and the diaper I use at night is often pushed to the limit; I expect to saturate the pad maybe once or twice a month, at most, if I'm not careful with fluid intake before bed. However, these leaked every third or fourth night. When I weighed the diaper in the morning, my fluid output was not significantly different than my average.In a pinch, if other brands were not available, I would buy these; but at about $3 per diaper, versus $1.50 to $2.00 per diaper for NorthShore Supremes or Confi Dry, there is no value for decreased capacity and higher cost. Skip these and buy far better quality for less... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect, just buy a bodystocking. *by K***A on Reviewed in the United States on July 27, 2017* These are amazing for any younger, active person with incontinence.I suffer from severe urinary incontinence and minor bowel incontinence, but I still have to go to work as well as I live an active lifestyle. With most diapers I have to change several times a work day, which is rather annoying since a diaper change takes more time than a regular bathroom break. These however will last me a whole 8 hour work day and then some! They are also fairly discreet; they don't make a noticeable amount of noise, they don't swell up a ridiculous amount, and they block odors completely. I've only had one bowel incident in these and they handled it amazingly.However, I do recommend you get a fixation garment with these. Since they absorb so much, near the end of a shift I noticed a little bit of sagging. While it wasn't noticeable to anyone else, it felt rather weird and uncomfortable. Abena makes a fantastic bodystocking which I highly recommend for it's discreetness. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Another one of my favorite diapers. Very thick and super absorbent.UPDATE 3/18/19: It appears to me that they made these diapers a little bit thicker than before and they made the tapes stronger..makes me happy because I think now this will be my #1 go to diaper. It also appears that they are a lot softer.
