I measure 1 cup of Lactose Free Milk and the butter milk powder as directed and I heat it up until it starts to boil. I remove it from the heat and let it cool off. You don’t want to leave it on the heat any longer otherwise it will thicken up real fast. You want to get the right consistency as how Buttermilk is. Let it cool completely then add your mayo and Ranch Seasoning and chill. If it’s too thick add sone more milk to it. Pour very little at a time until you get it to the right consistency then I add very little of the buttermilk powder , mix then chill. You’ll have your Ranch Dressing right there.Don’t forget it will stay fresh for a long time when using the Lactose Free Milk. Is what I do is mark the expiration date of the milk or the mayo.
