Best AC Adaptor 12v, 5 Amp 6 1/2 feet.Con:Need software update because if you do a capacity test, it will not show mAh during charge cycles, only Discharge in mAh which is the true capacity anyway.No way to select different currents other than given 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 Amps.Do not have memory to save.The IR TEST results is not consistent, but acceptableIt does have 4 - -> 2 external wires ( look under USB plug). EPOCH website should offer a way to update the software.

This charger works great but I expected a little bit more from such a pricey unit, I have many other chargers and it is nice to see the graph and be able to easily change the current settings, but I would want more repair and more manual/advance optionsIt struggled and could not bring back a battery that was discharged below 2v, fortunately I have other chargers and I was able to trick it to thinking it was a different battery chemistry until the voltage was close to 2 and above then placed in this unit and it picked it up and started to charge. Ended up saving that battery and bring it back to life

This works great for me, I can check those Chinese batteries that are way overrated on capacity and if they're not the capacity they advertise I get a refund on my money. You should you should get this battery charger too, you can't go wrong.

But after all under a year, it shuts off at random. Maybe the batteries that it was supposed to be charging actually got charged, maybe they didn't. The unit shut itself off and it won't come back on.

I recently received my X4 Touch Battery tester. While it appears to give one a lot of information, I would love to have a cheat sheet to tell me what that information tells me.For example, the resistance check gives me an ohms number, but I don’t know if that ohms number is good or bad. What type of resistance number am I looking for in a good battery?The graphic lines are great, but what am I looking at to tell me if the battery is good or bad?Is the mah number giving me real results over about the power of the battery?There are many things the battery “Tester” tells me I just want to know what it all means as I am testing Batteries to see if they are usable or need to be thrown away.I just wanted a tester to tell me if a 18650 battery was good or bad. It needs to include a “X4 Battery Tester for Dummies Manual” because the instructions give you NO information on good vs bad batteries.

Checked the capacity of about 50 old and new 18650 batteries over 4 days continuously. The Epoch X$ Touch worked to rated specs. Compared to other charging and discharging units I have, the unit is a good purchase.

Need to use included USB probes in order to measure internal resistance. This should be part of the main features.

This charger is of high quality nice display and features only thing I can think of is having a higher charge rate 3 amps or more and maybe a phone app but that’s being picky hits a great charger
