A lot of the reviews for these wraps have said that they came very wrinkled due to the way it's packed and shipped. Mine didn't come wrinkled at all. It's soft and fits well. A lot of reviews also mentioned that they couldn't find the clasp/hook. I don't know how they could miss it. If you find that it's hidden within the "fur" just run your fingers down the outer edge of the wrap you can't miss it. Once I get some photos from the wedding I'll add them to this, and I'll have more to share as to how it fit, if it was comfortable, did it keep me warm....to be continued UPDATE We had the most beautiful weather for the wedding 70+ degrees and sunny in November!!
